Chelsea midfielder Deco admits he's no fan of international midweek friendlies.

Deco was in Brazil with the Portugal squad last week ahead of yesterday's 0-0 draw with Newcastle United.

"I think it is difficult to have this friendly game in the middle of the week, we have many games for Chelsea, so it is difficult but we know that this problem exists and our interests are with the national team. It is difficult for the clubs and players but we have to go," he said.
