Chelsea defender Gary Cahill was delighted to be on the scoresheet in England's defeat to Holland.
Cahill says there were plenty of positives to draw from the friendly.
"It's not that long ago that a lot of the lads were playing U21 level and we're playing against top opposition now - most of these were playing in a World Cup not that long ago. We will definitely learn from it.
"It was a proud moment to score another goal for my country. I managed to get in and thankfully tucked it away.
"The second half was disappointing because the first half we felt solid, but we had a bad 10 minute period in the game when it sort of fell apart. To work so hard to get back into the game so late on, it was disappointing then to throw it away.""It was an experimental, youthful team and a lot of us had not played together before, so there's a lot of positives to take from it," Cahill said.
