New Chelsea signing Juliano Belletti has revealed how manager Jose Mourinho is a strict timekeeper.

Back in Barcelona on Monday to see his old teammates, the Brazilian revealed: "It isn't like it is here.

"At Chelsea, anyone who arrives late for training, doesn't train. Mourinho sends them home and the following day he lets it be published in the press that the player did not train because he was late."
