Alex admits he's still trying to settle at Chelsea - and is a fan of Arsenal!
The former PSV Eindhoven defender told the Sunday Express: "I didn't realise the big rivalry between clubs in London until I got here.
"That goal against Arsenal was important to us at PSV because it helped us get through but I didn't know it made me a hero at Chelsea until I got here."
He added: "I spoke to Gilberto Silva in London and then at the Copa America about life in London and the Premier League - and the weather.
"The first question I asked him was how difficult it is to drive on the wrong side of the road. He said I would get a bit confused at the beginning but that I would get used to England quickly.
"I tried to find a church but I think I got the wrong place because there are so many roads with the same name in London. But I will keep trying to find the best church for me because that is also very important for me."
