Chelsea are still to make a decision on a new football director.
The Telegraph says Chelsea are still looking to appoint someone to lead player recruitment. Emenalo is an option and there has also been interest in Arsenal's head scout, Steve Rowley.
New Blues manager Andre Villas-Boas wants to bring several staff from Porto, including his fitness coach, Jose Mario Rocha, and his scout, Daniel Sousa.
