Chelsea have warned Porto they won't be held to ransom over Hulk.

Porto want £40m for Hulk, 25, who ­actually has an £88m buyout clause ­inserted in his current deal.

But the Daily Star says Chelsea are only ­prepared to go as high as £30m.
