Chelsea won't face action over Boga signing

Chelsea will not face a complaint from Marseille-based ASPTT over their signing of 11 year-old Jeremy Boga.

The Guardian says having taken legal advice in a meeting on Tuesday night over the case of Boga, the 11-year-old who moved to Chelsea two years ago, ASPTT have chosen not to pursue the matter with Fifa.

The amateur club from Marseille say the decision was taken "for the good of the player".

French trying to get another free hand out while Blatter's French poodle Platini is trying to sign the cheques.

The advice they received was that Fifa do not recognise ANY contract for a player under the age of 12. There is no substance to any claim that ASPTT Marseille could ever had rights over this pre-adolescent 11 year old child. The idea that they tried is disgusting.

'For the good of the player'...at last someone with some common sense.
