Chelsea winger Malouda delighted with personal form

Chelsea winger Florent Malouda was delighted with his performance in their thumping of West Ham United on Saturday.

Malouda struck once and created goals for Alex and Didier Drogba on the day.

"I really enjoyed that game," he told chelseafc.com. "It was a good afternoon for me and the lads.

"After the disappointing loss against Man City it was important for us and for our fans to win that game. I was happy to come back into the offensive midfielder position and I simply tried to enjoy the game."

Malouda added: "It's definitely my natural position to attack but in the last few weeks I had to change because we had injuries and that was no a problem for me. I played at left-back and I tried to do my best. Now I'm back attacking. I would say it was more difficult to come back into this position because the space is much tighter and you have to make decisions quickly to score goals.

"But I will stay here, it is my position and it is good for the confidence for Tuesday (against Inter Milan). Now I think I can do the same on Tuesday as I did against West Ham."
