Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne is set to finalise a move to Wolfsburg today.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea have accepted an initial £16.7million offer from Wolfsburg for Belgium winger De Bruyne.
The 22-year-old has agreed a five-and-a-half-year contract and is expected to undergo a medical on Tuesday.
