Juan Cuadrado could make a return to Juventus before the end of August, according to reports.
Sky Sport Italia is of the belief that Chelsea are willing to negotiate a loan deal with the option to buy with the Italian giants for the Colombian winger.
Cuadrado spent last season on loan with the Bianconeri, helping them to the Serie A title, and is likely to be loaned out, or sold, as he does not feature in the plans of Blues boss Antonio Conte.
AC Milan boss Vincenzo Montella, who coached Cuadrado at Fiorentina, is also keen on the 28-year-old but the Rossoneri now have no room for a non-EU player.
The Sky report indicates that Juventus is the most likely destination for Cuadrado who has struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge following his £27million move from La Viola in the winter of 2015.
