Chelsea winger Joe Cole has confirmed he won't make a decision over his future until after the World Cup.

Cole is only interested in ­performing well in South Africa.

He said: "The first thing about being back in the squad was that I was just happy to be in there again because it's been such a long time.

"I was happy to be back with the lads and be among the squad. I ­wanted a chance and felt I could take it.

"The speculation won't affect me - I am concentrating on the World Cup and nothing else. What happens afterwards will happen."
