Chelsea are willing to meet the buyout clause of Atletico Madrid fullback Filipe Luis. The Daily Mail says Chelsea are showing a willingness to match his £21m buyout clause.
The Brazilian left-back was outstanding last season and will join teammates Diego Costa and Tiago at Stamford Bridge next season.
