The Daily Mail says Hazard has decided to leave but the Blues are reportedly demanding a staggering £90m for their coveted asset.

Hazard could John Terry on the way out of Stamford Bridge after the skipper announced he still hasn't received any contact from Chelsea officials to discuss a new deal.

Terry, who made his 698th Chelsea appearance yesterday, admitted he expected to leave the club at the end of the season.
