Chelsea are watching Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente.

Italian sources say Chelsea seeing Llorente as a replacement for Nicolas Anelka, who is a target for AC Milan ahead of the January market.

Tottenham failed with a bid for Llorente last January, while he has also been linked with Real Madrid.

Llorente's style of play is well suited to the Premier League and he potentially would be the ideal foil at Chelsea for fellow Spaniard Fernando Torres.
