David Trezeguet is ready to quit Juventus at the end of the season.

Chelsea are monitoring developments as Tuttosport says the French striker will leave Turin in the summer.

Trezeguet again started on the bench for Saturday's 1-1 draw and his agent, Antonio Caliendo, said: "Juve was under pressure and he was desperate to play."

The Frenchman will not speak out again this season, but intends to seek a move away in June.
