Chelsea have decided on a ceiling of £22 million for Real Madrid winger Robinho.

Sport says Chelsea have warned Real to forget about asking anything in the £30 million-plus range for the midfielder.

Chelsea chief Peter Kenyon has made it clear they won't go a penny higher than £22 million for Robinho, who rejected a new contract offer from Real last week.
