Chelsea have applied for a UK work permit for defender Slobodan Rajkovic.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea are waiting on a work permit for Serbian defender Serbian defender Rajkovic.
The 22-year-old was signed by Chelsea from OFK Belgrade in 2007 and has been loaned to PSV Eindhoven, FC Twente and Vitesse Arnhem.
Vitesse have expressed interest in taking him back for the new season.
