Chelsea victory comes before Torres goal says Ancelotti

Fernando Torres breaking his scoring duck at Chelsea is not a huge issue to Carlo Ancelotti.

The Italian tactician is preparing his players for the return leg of the Champions League quarter-final with Manchester United at Old Trafford tomorrow night and insists that the 10-game dry run of Torres can continue as long as the Blues get the desired result.

"I am not interested in a goal for Fernando, I'm interested that Chelsea can win this game and if Fernando scores it's good for him and it's good for Chelsea but it doesn't matter because it is important to win," he said.

Ancelotti also made it clear that his side will not bow to the pressure of United and will go about their business in search of a winning performance.

"We know we have to win, we know we need to play 90 minutes. We are not going to put on strong pressure at the beginning because we need to have time to play our football, we need to have time to score," he added.

"We have to play with balance because Manchester United on the counter are very dangerous and this is our aim."
