Chelsea hope to close a deal for RacingGenk winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea need to sign De Bruyne to help smooth talks with Anderlecht for Romelu Lukaku.
Anderlecht want at least £20million for their prize asset and will also ask for De Bruyne on loan, should the 19-year old winger's proposed move to Stamford Bridge go through.
Chelsea have closely followed De Bruyne's progress during a season in which his five goals from 32 appearances helped Genk to the Belgium League title.
The 19-year old left-winger, who also made his senior debut for Belgium, could be part of an imminent double transfer breakthrough for Chelsea, who would then loan him to Anderlecht next season as part of the deal for Lukaku.
