Chelsea transfers adviser Piet de Visser admits he's stunned by the talent coming through in Belgium.
De Visser has overseen deals for Thibaut Courtois, Romelu Lukaku, Kevin de Bruyne and Eden Hazard at Chelsea, along with the Musonda brothers.
"Belgium is just bursting with talent," said De Visser.
"Why should we pick players in South America if we can find that calibre in Europe and the boys find it easier to adjust?
"Chelsea will be selecting more younger players in the future, so we do not always have to pay the price of a future Hazard. I had been watching Eden since he was 15, when I was at PSV, but then Lille were too quick for us.
"With De Bruyne and Courtois, Chelsea moved for them at the right time. I've followed De Bruyne for two years."
