Chelsea tracking Marseille fullback Cesar Azpilicueta

Chelsea are watching Olympique Marseille right back Cesar Azpilicueta.

Cesar surprisingly resisted interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid to join Marseille last season from Osasuna.

The Daily Mail says Chelsea scouts have delivered manager Andre Villas-Boas glowing reports on the Spaniard.
