Chelsea midfielder Ramires is set to extend his time with Chelsea with reports of a bumper new deal being on the table.

Ramires had been contracted up until 2017 with the Stamford Bridge outfit, but it has been reported by the London Evening Standard that Jose Mourinho has signalled that he is willing to extend the Brazilian's deal.

The former Benfica midfielder was linked to a departure from the Blues last summer but could be about to seal a deal that could earn him over £70,000-a-week and keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2019.
