Chelsea are ready to hand Nathan Ake new terms.
The Telegraph says Ake and Ramires will be handed new contracts in the coming days.
Ramires has two years remaining on the five-year deal he signed in 2012, but the Blues have decided to offer the Brazilian an extension amid interest from Serie A giants Juventus.
The Stamford Bridge club are also looking to reward Dutch Under-21 international Ake, who is rated very highly by Jose Mourinho, ahead of his loan to Middlesbrough next season.
The length of both deals are yet to be decided, but the Blues don't expect to face any problems reaching an agreement.
