Chelsea are ready to splash £80million on a pair of players, according to reports.
The Sun is of the belief that Antonio Conte is prepared to spend the enormous amount on defender Kalidou Koulibaly and midfielder N'Golo Kante.
Napoli reportedly want £50m for Senegalese centre-back Koulibaly, which the Blues are willing to pay, while Leicester City star Kante would command a fee of £30m.
Everton are also chasing French-born Koulibaly but recent reports indicate that Chelsea are set to win the race for the powerful defender who will become the West London club's equal record signing, joining Fernando Torres who was signed for £50m in 2011.
Premier League champions Leicester have offered French defensive midfielder Kante £100,000 per week to stay at the King Power Stadium but it is believed that he wants to link up with Conte at Stamford Bridge.
