Reports suggest that Chelsea will offer £11million as well as Wallace to land Daniele De Rossi.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is determined to land the AS Roma midfielder and will now reportedly offer the aforementioned transfer fee as well as the services of promising Brazilian right-back Wallace on a season-long loan.
19-year old Wallace has now officially arrived at Chelsea after signing from Fluminense in January but remaining in Brazil. The Daily Mail reports that he could be offered to Roma in order to land the prized signature of De Rossi.
