Chelsea are prepared to offer Asmir Begovic and Loic Remy so they can sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton.

Reports suggest that the Blues will make a last-ditch effort to land the Belgian striker before the summer transfer window closes.

Antonio Conte wants Lukaku at Stamford Bridge but Chelsea will not offer more than £65million for the 23-year-old, who is valued by the Toffees at £75m.

In a bid to sweeten any potential deal, Chelsea are willing to send goalkeeper Begovic and forgotten forward Remy to Goodison Park as well as a substantial transfer fee to lure Lukaku.

However, the Daily Express is reporting that Everton officials are set to meet the former West Bromwich Albion loan star's agent, Mino Raiola, this week to discuss terms over a new long-term deal despite having three years to run on the current contract.
