Chelsea are competing with Tottenham for Fulham whizkid Moussa Dembele.

The Mail on Sunday says he almost joined Tottenham in January but the move fell through as Fulham wanted to keep him on loan for the season.

Chelsea have form for taking players from under the noses of their London rivals, having hijacked Spurs' attempts to sign Willian from Anzhi Makhachkala in 2013.
