Luka Modric has not yet made a transfer request at Tottenham.
The Sunday Mirror says it has emerged he has NOT submitted a written transfer request to Tottenham despite widespread claims that he formally asked to leave the club on Wednesday.
Although Spurs are refusing to comment publicly on the speculation, sources at White Hart Lane insist as yet no transfer request has been received.
Modric's head has been turned by interest from Chelsea who have had bids of £22million and £27m rejected.
