Luka Modric is in talks with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy today.
Sky Sports says Modric is meeting with Levy on Tuesday to discuss his future at the club.
Chelsea have already had one of £22 million turned down for the Croat, while Manchester United are also monitoring developments.
Reports suggest Levy is prepared to sell Modric for £45 million.
