Marcos Asensio has informed Real Madrid he wants to leave this summer.

Fed-up with the lack of action he's seen this season, Asensio has made the decision to seek a new club, says Diario Gol.

An outside chance of a World Cup call with Spain, the winger has seen such opportunities diminish in recent months due to the selection policy of Real coach Zinedine Zidane.

Asensio's camp have now informed president Florentino Perez they're listening to offers, with Chelsea already in touch.
