Chelsea have held talks with the agents of Internacional de Porto Alegre starlet Alexandre Pato.

The Sun says Blues' global scouting chief Frank Arnesen met with the representatives for £14million-rated Pato before England's friendly with Brazil at Wembley.

The striker, 17, is a star back home and club side Internacional have slapped the huge price tag on him.

Pato's full name is Alexandre Rodrigues da Silva and he gets his nickname from his hometown Pato Branco - White Duck.

Internacional coach Abel Braga said: "He has enormous potential. He's an important part of the team but remember, he's 17."
