Ajax coach Henk ten Cate is being linked with Chelsea.

Dutch football magazine Voetbal International claims Chelsea's technical director Frank Arnesen has held talks with ten Cate about a possible move to the West London club.

Chelsea are thought to see ten Cate as the ideal foil to new manager Avram Grant and the Dutchman could even take over Grant's old role of director of football at Stamford Bridge.
