Chelsea Football Club will take on the MLS All-Stars in the 2012 version of the All-Star Game.
The official announcement is due on Wednesday morning at Philadelphia's PPL Park where this year's match will be held in July.
It is the second time the Blues have been installed for the All-Star Game following their meeting with Major League Soccer's best back in 2006 when the West Londoners lost 1-0 in Bridgeview, Illinois.
Chelsea are heading to the US this summer to take on Seattle Sounders on July 18 before a friendly at Italian giants AC Milan on July 28. It is also believed another match may be organized against either Celtic of Juventus in between those dates.
