Chelsea have made a new offer for Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric.
The Daily Express says Chelsea last night increased their bid for Tottenham's Croatian playmaker Modric to £25million.
Spurs, who rejected an opening £22m bid from Chelsea on Thursday that they labelled "ridiculous," insist Luka Modric is not for sale.
Manchester City denied they had entered the bidding, but champions Manchester United are expected to make an offer.
Modric today has declared he is ready to leave Spurs and favours moving across town to Stamford Bridge.
