Chelsea have tabled a bid for Porto winger Christian Atsu.
The London Evening Standard says Chelsea are thought to have made a £3m offer to sign Atsu.
The 21-year-old is entering the final year of his contract and has refused to sign an extension, leaving the Portuguese club with little option but to cash in on the Ghana international this summer.
