Chelsea Supporters' Trust say they'll take managerial stability over trophies this season.

With Chelsea struggling in their title defence this season, Jose Mourinho's position has come under scrutiny, but in its annual survey, the club's Supporters' Trust has outlined a desire for stability - although it should be noted the survey was carried out in May.

"Management stability and progressing home grown players through to the first team are seen as more important than attractive football and consistently winning silverware," the Trust said.

Reporting the results of a survey of its members, with scores out of five, the Trust gave 'giving a manager time to implement a plan' a score of 4.59 with 'winning trophies every season' rated at 3.29.
