The Chelsea Supporters Trust has called for safe standing areas to improve the Stamford Bridge atmosphere, reports BBC Sport. Boss Jose Mourinho recently criticised the lack of atmosphere at home, saying if felt like his side were "playing in an empty stadium".
The CST surveyed 660 members, who backed Mourinho's assessment.
"Atmosphere continues to be a major concern for supporters and the manager," said the Trust in their report.
The Football Supporters' Federation is leading a campaign for the introduction of "safe standing" areas at football grounds.
