Chelsea are struggling to find an agreement with Vitesse Arnhem for Marco van Ginkel.

The London Evening Standard says Chelsea are still some way off from reaching an agreement with the Dutch club for the 20-year-old midfielder, having begun their spending spree with the arrival of Andre Schurrle from Bayer Leverkusen for £18million yesterday.

Vitesse have already rejected an £8m offer from Chelsea for Van Ginkel, who is also being targeted by Manchester United, and continue to demand £15m for him.
