Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is set to start tonight against Europa League opponents Steaua Bucharest.

Torres is poised to return up front for the Europa League last-16 second leg with Steaua Bucharest as last season's Champions League winners bid to overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit at Stamford Bridge.

Demba Ba is ineligible in the Europa League and, alongside long-term injury victim Oriol Romeu (knee), is the only definite absentee for the clash with the Romanian league leaders.
