Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has rejected an approach from Fiorentina.

With Vincenzo Montella having his team on the brink of Champions League qualification, Fiorentina's owners hoped to celebrate by bringing Torres to Florence in the summer.

However, Sportmediaset says Torres has no interest in moving to Fiorentina. It's understood he would favour a return home to Atletico Madrid.
