Chelsea striker Fernando Torres insists the size of his price-tag has not weighed him down.
Torres does not believe his British record transfer fee has affected his form in west London.
"No it's not going to make any change (somebody breaking the British transfer record). I'm sure someone will break it. Football is getting crazy and there will be big prices, I'm sure," Torres told Weekend Warm-Up on Sky Sports News.
"At the time the price is right. It's like, if you want to sigh Gareth Bale now, you have to pay £100 million. Maybe you pay one more year, and maybe you pay £60 million or £150 million. Who knows? At the time the price is right. What Chelsea paid, it's never been something I think about."
