Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has made history at Bristol City.
Abraham, 19, ended the campaign as the Championship's second highest goalscorer with 23 goals, making him the highest scoring teen in the 20-year history of the competition.
And he has added another record to his collection, taking home all three major honours at the club's end of season award ceremony.
The Blues striker won the Top Scorer award as well as being named both Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year.
Only two players, Cole Skuse and Matthew Hill, had ever won two awards in the same season before.
