Chelsea striker Ben Sahar is ready to sign with FC Utrecht.
Sahar, 19, joined Pompey in July but will not be taking up the option to extend his stay next month after failing to make a single first-team appearance.
The Israeli international flew to Holland to watch Utrecht beat NEC Nijmegen last week to thrash out a move.
Utrecht technical director Piet Buter said: "Ben is a player who fits what we're looking for."
