Romelu Lukaku admits Chelsea's defeat to Arsenal has left the players reeling.
Lukaku admitted the defeat had left the players stunned and had inflicted major damage to their title hopes.
Lukaku, who was a second-half substitute, said: "We were losing 3-2 when I came on and we had to score as quickly as possible to get the win. I did my part [to set up the equaliser], it was a great shot by Mata, a great goal. After that we conceded two goals and it was like bang, right in the face.
"For me it was for the first time [to be involved in a Chelsea game of such intensity] so it was wow, but I just have to get on with it. I know Chelsea is a big club and we have a lot of pressure on us.
"When you start a game well and lead 2-1 or score three goals at home you should always have a victory, but to lose it is very big damage to us. Nothing was said in the dressing room afterwards. It was very quiet. The manager told us we have to continue to work hard and said luck is also not on our side.
"He said that tomorrow is a new day and we have to continue to work. The Champions League game at Genk on Tuesday is very important as well."
