Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata says he will always feel a special connection towards Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese handed Morata his Real Madrid debut in 2010 when he was 18 years of age.

Last weekend's game between Chelsea and United saw Morata reunite with his former manager.

"We gave each other a hug, we get on well," he said.

"He is the coach who gave me my debut [at Madrid] and I will always have a special feeling for him. Now we are on opposing sides."
