Romelu Lukaku wants to leave Chelsea to sign permanently with West Bromwich Albion.

Lukaku admits he feels more "connected" to the Hawthorns than Stamford Bridge.

"I am not wasting my time here. I'm making the most out of it. In the next two years it will be very important for me to play - and we have a good squad and a manager who is very good.

"Hopefully, after the January window, we will be able to start talking with Chelsea.

"You have to be somewhere where you are connected with the people. You have to be in a good environment. There are nice people here who want you to ­improve. Everyone is open to you."
