Chelsea striker Giroud: I'd have failed breathalyser too

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud has discussed the drink-driving controversy involving Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

The pairs, along with Arsenal ace Laurent Koscielny, enjoyed a night out in London back in August.

But in the early hours of the morning, Lloris was pulled over by police in his new £65,000 Porsche Panamera in the West End, which led to a charge and court appearance.

Giroud admits that he would have also failed a roadside breathalyser IF he had been driving and pulled over the same night.

The Chelsea striker was taking part in a yes or no answering game on French TV show Telefoot when asked the question.
