Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud has opened the door to a future Bundesliga move.
Giroud admits Borussia Dortmund have tried to sign him in the past.
"BVB wanted to loan me for six months," recalled Giroud, "but I did not want that.
"My contract with Arsenal only ran until the summer, so I would have delayed the decision on my future only. Then Chelsea came and offered me a contract until the summer of 2019.
"That was just more appealing to me and my family, so we could stay in London."
Giroud added: "BVB is an exciting team and the Bundesliga is also interesting. Why not in the future?"
