Chelsea striker Diego Costa has hit out at the Spanish press after Thursday's clash with Belgium.
Costa spoke to reporters at the final whistle - and didn't hold back.
After the 2-0 win, the striker said: "Sometimes I get criticised a lot ... If I played in Madrid or Barcelona and was a natural Spaniard, it seems that I'd have played a good game..
"In possibly the best team I can be useful. I participated a lot and I'm happy, not like other times."
Costa was a substitute for the clash.
He continued: "You criticize the character, but I also have quality ... this often happens to me, but not others.
"I will not change, even if the criticism is true that sometimes I'm wrong, I do not need anyone to tell me this. I have a lot of people around me and they say this to my face."
