Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore seeks to cool tension with Ajax fans

Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore has played down tension with Ajax fans.

Toure struck in the Europa League victory over FC Copenhagen, but didn't celebrate the goal after being jeered by Ajax fans last weekend against FC Twente.

"A fantastic evening. A special game for all of us. It's always good to play with this atmosphere and at this level," said Traoré, in conversation with FOX Sports.

"It is normal that fans are critical if it doesn't go well, but the players' support is also important. I have taken the criticism of me, accepted and made the appropriate response. The whole team has shown that we can do better."

Traore had removed Ajax images from his Twitter account this week, but says: "I'm not a social media-person and Instagram is also private I would say. There I do what I want. I also have a Facebook page, but nobody is talking about this. It has nothing to do with football. I am free to do what I want on social media."
